When you think of the “Pontiac GTO” what will usually come to mind for Pontiac enthusiasts is quality, stability and lots of history. The GTO has been one of the premier vehicles of the Pontiac line for over ten years. It is an important car and the 2005 model is no exception. The Pontiac GTO falls into the coupe for the family category.

There’s been a lot of talk about the Pontiac GTO for 2004. As a leading car in the coupe market the GTO (and in this case specically the Base version) has maintained a good reputation. The 2-door GTO is especially appealing to broad audience, making it a perfect car to help Pontiac as a brand in general.
There have been several award-winning cars from Pontiac over the years, including the Pontiac GTO of 2006. There are one trim levels to the GTO, including Base. The Base version is one of the more popular options, outselling other configurations. Like in 2005 the popular 6.0 liter has made this a popular choice for coupe buyers nationwide.
